St Cross Electronics has been involved in making military harnessing assemblies for the defence sector since the 1980’s. Our cable harnesses are used on various naval vessels, land vehicles and even some military aviation projects.
ISO and UL Approved
As with all cable assemblies manufactured here, all military cable assemblies and military harnessing are made under our strict ISO and UL approved procedures. Full traceability is offered throughout our company and also recorded electronically for a minimum of 10 years. All our cable harnesses are 100% electrically tested using Cirris equipment.
High-Performance Cable Assemblies as Standard
The performance of a military cable harness in these sectors is crucial. Both the parts and workmanship produced by St Cross Electronics has to survive and perform to a high degree in some of the most hostile environments in the world. St Cross Electronics has over 30 years knowledge of the components and materials regularly used in Mil-Spec Wiring Systems including connectors, back shells, wire and the heat shrink tubing that often provides the cable harnesses with protection.
