Crimping

We have many different applicators from most of the major connector manufacturers. This tooling can be used on bench presses and also on our Komax range of fully automated tooling.

These machines use crimp force analysers that shut down the machine if a bad crimp is detected.

This enables us to produce the absolute best crimp terminations possible, even on strip lengths of below 1mm.

We always record pull of tests for the first and last of the batch and also measure the crimp height. These checks ensure that you, the customer, receive 100% perfect crimps.

We can crimp on to wire sizes from 32 AWG up to 5/0 AWG (150mm). We even have automated tooling for the ITT Cannon Micro Dee terminals.

If we don't have the tooling, we can always get it. We have an excellent source for applicator manufacture. All we need is a strip of crimps and the wire they are to be terminated to.
