We can cut, crimp, tin and prepare wires on our automated machinery. We have a wide range of automated machinery mainly from the Komax range. This dramatically reduces the cost of labour. A wide range of terminals can be crimped to the ends of these wires. We can even prepare coax cables using this machinery. Pull off tests are always carried out on first and last and the Komax Gamma machine even has crimp force analysers which will shut the machine down.
